The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Synetics Corporation, 540 Edgewater Drive, Wakefield, MA 01880, an increase in ceiling of contract number N60921-94-D-A320. The increased ceiling will provide coverage until such time as the processing of a follow-on contract can be completed. The increased effort is for software and systems engineering of combat systems, weapon control systems, information systems, and Navy battle force systems to include Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program and the Shipboard Gridlock System (SGS) program.
