This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, repair and realign under-running crane runways, bridge crane and monorail spurs to manufacturer's specifications. Runway connection bolts will be replaced and holes enlarged as necessary to produce proper alignment and solid attachment. Runway finger splices will be replaced as necessary, where damage is evident and alignment requires. Dis-attach all monorail spurs from main bridge beams and support. Align bridge I-beams to manufacturer's specifications. Re-attach all monorail spurs to I-beam; adjust holes/bolts as necessary to improve bridge to spur alignment. For final acceptance, all repair and realignment work must be inspected by the manufacturer of the system and approved in writing. Total performance period is 35 calendar days. This requirement is being proposed as a sole source requirement and will be awarded as such without further competition if positive responses are not received by the closing date.
