J -- AIR MONITOR SENSOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SOL GS06P98GXC0023 DUE 031198 POC Edith Caldwell at (816) 823-2289 or Rhonda Lippert at (816) 823-2289 Air Monitor Sensor Preventive Maintenance Service for Federal Buildings located in the GSA Heartland Region of Iowa, Kansas and Missouri. Services for other locations, as the need arises, may be added to this contract in the future. Sol to be issued o/a 3/11/98, closing date of 4/10/98. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, supplies, parts and materials to satisfactorily perform all inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair services on the equipment. Sensors at these locations will be for gas detection of carbon monoxide, oxygen, flammable gases, and refrigerants. Services provided (preventive maintenance, testing, calibration, repair) shall be as stipulated by the various manufacturers of the equipment. This will be a 1 year contract, with four (4) one year options.
