S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source contract with the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, School of Fisheries & Ocean Services (University). The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) owns a research laboratory at a remote site in Alaska (Kachemak Bay). The University proposes to provide in-kind funding for a Site Manager to operate and maintain the laboratory until 6/30/98. No other source can provide operation and maintenance while providing in-kind contributions.
