A/E SERVICES OUTPATIENT IMPROVEMENTS Provide A/E services to include preliminary plans, specifications, working drawings and cost estimates for project #614-307 "Outpatient Improvements" for VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN. This is for complete design services of approximately 15,000 square feet of renovation in several areas of the hospital which will include the relocation and expansion of several outpatient functions, exam rooms, and general treatment areas on the first floor and other areas of the hospital. This project will have several phases from preliminary design to construction documents. The estimated construction cost is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. The geographical area of consideration is a 250 mile radius of Memphis, TN. SIC code is 8712. Business size is unrestricted. Qualified firms shall submit SF 254/255's no later than by COB on 2/27/98.
