The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a SOLE-SOURCE contract under the Buy Indian Set-Aside, 25 U.S.C. 47, to SRFS, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, to furnish labor, storage facility, and postage to maintain bulk mailing services for the IHS Diabetes Program. Contractor shall warehouse education material, booklets, and pamphlets, health care supplies, perform inventory, and provide bulking mailing services by scheduling shipment of material to respective areas of IHS facilities and/or tribal clinics. Period of performance is March 24, 1998 through January 23, 1999 with two (1) year option periods. This is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available.
