Period of performance will begin on or around 6/26/98 in Kodiak, AK and end in Dutch Harbor, AK. Purpose of charter will be to count the number of sea lions at a maximum of twelve rookeries. Six passengers will be conducting sea lion count during the cruise. NOAA requires a minimum 85' vessel, USCG-certified. State if a small business with request for solicitation.
