all labor, material, equipment, transportation, mobilization, and
demobilization for the construction and installation of a 180 foot long
by 24 foot wide precast, prestressed concrete floating breakwater
including all associated anchoring chain, clump weights, gravity
weights, drag anchors, log boom, and miscellaneous appurtenances such
as light beacon stand anchor bolts and mooring cleats at the US Coast
Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC) in Ketchikan, Alaska. The
estimated price range is approximately $1 to $5 million. Duration of
the project is approximately 5 months. Plans and specifications will be
