Y -- PNW OFFICE BUILDING REMODEL SOL IFB R6-12-98-901 DUE 040698 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 541/750-7118 This project involves remodeling two current storage areas into new office space, and remodeling one lab area into a new laboratory area, work also includes modifying current office spaces. Work consists of modifying the current HVAC system; the fire alarm system; electrical system and lighting in areas designated; installing new carpeting, new windows, and new suspended ceiling in areas designated; and remodeling two existing restrooms. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The project is located at the Pacific Northwest Research Station, 3200 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Benton County, Oregon. A pre-bid meeting may be scheduled, this information will be outlined in the Solicitation package. Contract time is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Government estimate is between S250,000 and S500,000. Bonding is required. Estimated start work date is May 1, 1998. (0028)
