The successful contractor will do the building repair and alteration of approximately 6,200 square feet and site improvements for parking and landscaping of approximately 16,600 square feet. The project includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing interior spaces, demolition of a section of the existing west exterior wall, demolition of the west drive-up canopy, construction of interior walls, ceiling, finishes, cabinetry, storefront modifications, HVAC modifications, interior and exterior electrical, interior plumbing modifications, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, etc. The completion date shall be not later than 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is $545,000 to $666,000. Proposals shall be submitted as provided by the requirements of the solicitation. The provisions of this solicitation shall be included by reference in any contract resulting from offers submitted in response thereto as if fully set forth in such contract.
