a request for either a quote or proposal, or an invitation for bid. The
intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential
offerors for an Indefinite Qualtity Contract for Roof Repairs at
Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes: remove debris from
roof area; remove existing roofing materials (which may include
asbestos and lead paint); remove and renew flashings, gutters, down
spouts, and deteriorated roofing members (e.g., sheathing, insulation,
fascia boards, trims, cant strips, purlins, rafters, etc.); remove and
reinstall solar panels; install domed skylights; work around and
temporarily remove and replace on-roof constructions; and repair and
remove various types of roofs. SIC Code 1761 applies. Contract maximum
per year is $5,000,000. Offerors shall propose a coefficient (markup
or discount) to Government predetermined unit prices. The Government
may award this contract to more than one contractor and will give fair
consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria
stated in the solicitation. The contract term will be a base period of
12 months plus two option years. The total term of the contract,
including all options, will not exceed 36 months. The Government will
not synopsize the options when exercised. We will include information
about previously awarded similar contracts and the incumbent
contractors (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name, address,
etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under
the Freedom of Information Act for this information. Phrovide street

a subcontracting plan. The solicitation utilizes source selection
procedures which require offerors to submit technical (information on
past performance, experience, and subcontracting with small, small
disadvantaged, and women-owned business concerns) and price proposals
for evaluation by the Government. Offerors shall submit a bid bond with
