Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for 4 bedroom unit: wax stripping of 650 sq. feet of existing floor tile, provide & install 650 sq. feet of new vinyl composition tile, remove & dispose of 215 lineal feet of wood base shoe, and provide, paint and install 215 lineal feet of new wood base shoe. The 5 bedroom unit requires: wax stripping of 695 sq. feet of existing floor tile, provide & install 695 sq. feet of new vinyl composition tile, remove & dispose of 185 lineal feet of wood base shoe and provide, paint, and install 185 lineal feet of new wood base shoe. This work will be limited to no less than 16 units and no more than 40 units to be accomplished within a 12 month period of time. 2. The Bid date has not been determined at this time.
