The original synopsis was posted in the CBD January 12, 1998. The total number of systems to be purchased are 18 (each system contains three reels, two for fuel and one for water) including one first article unit (contractor tested). An additional 18 systems will be included as a separately priced option to be exercised within 365 days following first article acceptance. Delivery of the basic quantity is expected to be complete, including all testing, on or before December 2001. It is expected that delivery will be made to Little Creek, VA.
