Design, integration, upgrade, installation, testing, and familiarization training of a turnkey motion media server and automation system consisting of an existing Odetics TCS-90 Library Management Video Cart that must be upgraded in accordance with the provisions of the statement of work. The Odetics TCS-90 is a single channel cart machine that must be upgraded for single channel cache operations. Robotics shall control individual serial controlled Sony SX VCRs located inside the TCS-90. The video server shall use full IPB MPEG-2 video compression and must be completely controlled by the Odetics Roswell Facility Management System broadcast automation system. (0029)
