Craven (412) 365-5437 The Government has a requirement for Annual Maintenance contract for Elevators (hydraulic and Traction), dumbwaiters, and cartlifts (Manufactured by Montgomery, Swift, Dover, Matot, Sedgewick, Gal and Otis throughout the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System at University Drive, Highland Drive and Aspinwall Divisions which are located in Pittsburgh, PA. Contract will be inclusive of, but not limited to: full maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, parts, emergency call back services, inspections and all other requirements stipulated in Solicitation IFB 646-17-98. The period of this requirement is for five (5) months, April 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 with Government Option to Renew for one (1) year. Contractor must be a full time elevator repair contractor and shall have at least two (2) years experience in maintaining elevators on a full time basis. All maintenance and repair will be performed in accordance with all solicitation requirement inclusive but not limited to ANSI/ASME A17.1 and A17.2. Solicitation issue date is February 4, 1998.
