Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, (703)602-8000 Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend the ordering period under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-96-G-5227 with Northrop Grumman Norden Systems, Norden Place Post Office Box 5300, Norwalk, CT 06856, to support the AN/SYS-2 IADT System Series effort. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". Orders will provide material and services for the evaluation and implementation of equipment changes, and tests to determine the feasibility and/or applicability of proposed equipment changes and any necessary packaging, packing, and marking of end items the Government.
