It is the intent of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to award multiple firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contracts for the services of Valuation/Mortgage Credit Technical Reviews. The services will consists of performing a detailed post endorsement review of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured loans on Direct Endorsement (DE) appraisals and loan packages to determine the accuracy and the quality of the appraisal report and the mortgage credit reviews. This services is for the HUD Santa Ana, California Home Ownership Center (HOC) located in Santa Ana, California. This is a 100% set-aside for small business entities. The geographic area under the jurisdiction of the Santa Ana HOC are the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Hawaii. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options.
