The objective of this effort is to provide non-personal administrative, technical and program support to the Office of Technology Applications to accelerate the testing and evaluation of new technologies by providing administrative support services to the Technical Working Groups (TWG's) and teams, providing technical support services to the TWG's and teams, and by providing general program support. This will be a 3 year effort comprised of two base years plus one option year. This proposed effort is a COMPETITIVE 100% SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT, limited to 8(a) concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by FHWA. The ESTIMATED release date of the RFP is early March.
