Essential Technologies is the contractor on the proposed award under simplified procedures. Emergency Information System (EIS) software is proprietary to Essential Technologies and the required geodetic, digitized mapping capability is solely an enhancement to the existing software. This notice should not be considered an RFQ and no solicitation will be issued.
