The two areas of performance are eliminated and are combined as one area of responsibility to include all territories in all counties in the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York. One contract will be awarded for the above stated area of responsbility. The contractor must utilize a storage facility(s) within the above area of responsibility.
