Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for rowhouse conversion at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA (Barnstable County). The project converts four 2-bedroom rowhouses into two 4-bedroom rowhouses. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of several existing concrete block partitions, supporting girders, new lintels, new gypsum drywall partitions. Cut new chases in existing concrete block walls, wood floors and ceilings for new heating registers and plumbing. Enlarge existing 2nd floor bathroom and create new first floor half bath. New ceramic floor tile. Remove existing stairwells and floor over area to create new closet. New exterior solid vinyl siding in locations indicated on exterior elevations, new electrical. Modify existing heating system for new conversion. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1522. Performance time is 120 calendar days.
