The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment and materials necessary for the maintenance and repair of 1826 family housing units located at Fort Carson, Colorado. This project also includes the operation of a Self Help Store for family housing residents, grounds maintenance and interior painting, and floor refinishing requirements. The Government anticipates the extension of the present contract for a base period of one month with five one month option periods, beginning 1 March 1998.
