Repairs include the installation of infrared heaters and hot water systems. Demolition and disposal of existing systems are part of the project. Asbestos removal and disposal of existing systems are also a part of the project. DX cooling and a gas fired make-up air unit are additive bid items. The Standard Industrial Codes (SIC) is 1711. The related small business size is $7M. The magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000. Completion date is 120 calendar days from acknowledgment of the notice to proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about February 20, 1998. Only WRITTEN REQUESTS for solicitation packages will be accepted.
