P/N PB3513 in support of the TSC-85A/93A/94A/100A. Delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with EG&G Power Systems, Inc. because the procurement is confined to the contractor's P/N referred to and must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing equipment. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than current source.
