NNMC intends to award a sole sourced purchase order to Johnson & Johnson Healthcare for supplies for use with Radiology's Mammotome Power Driver. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001 Twenty-five (25) cases Cat# P-1155, 11G Mammotome Multi-Probe; CLIN 0002 Fifteen (15) cases Cat# P-1530, 11G Micro Mark Clip. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
