A -- COUNTERMEASURE DEMONSTRATION VEHICLE (CDV) NAVIGATION SYSTEM DESIGN SOL N61331-98-Q-1813 DUE 021798 POC Jesse Johnson, Contract Specialist, (850)234-4539 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, intends to award a Purchase Order for the development of navigation system design, analysis and testing. The overall objective will be accomplished through the contractor providing the design, simulation, analysis and technical support with Government personnel performing the actual system development and testing. Some of the tasks and responsibility are as follows: Inertial System Development, Software Design, and test plans. Deliverables will be Inertial Navigaiton System (INS) Software Design Documents, and Inertial Navigation System (INS) Test Plan Documents. The deliverables shall be a document describing the INS functions and algorithms in sufficient detail that they may be implemented in computer software by Government Technical Personnel. This document shall consist of individual pieces, each piece representing a function or sub-function and delivered as they are completed. Each piece will be in the form of a module, indicating the equations that form the process of this module along with the inputs and outputs.
