Furnish flight services, fully contractor operated and maintained, consisting of one Aerospatiale 350B2 or equal helicopter in support of Bureau of Land Management fire suppression programs for the approximate period of June 23, 1998 to September 30, 1998, designated base Jerome, Idaho; one Aerospatiale 350B2 or equal helicopter in support of Bureau of Land Management fire suppression programs for the approximate period of June 15, 1998 to October 7, 1998, designated base Boise, Idaho; and one Aerospatiale 350B2 or equal helicopter in support of Bureau of Indian Affairs' fire suppression programs for the approximate period of May 1, 1998 to July 31, 1998, designated base Mescalero, New Mexico. The intent of this solicitation is to award three contracts at the designated bases mentioned above. The term of these contracts will be one year with options to renew for two additional years. Contractor will be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations; Part 135, Air Taxi Operators & Commercial Operators; and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations.
