Replace the 30L Localizer antenna foundation. 2. Replace the 30L Localizer shelter. 3. Providing new electrical service for the shelter. 4. Installing new shelter grounding and counterpoise system. 5. Connection to fiber optic cable loop. 6. Placing of handhole at the old Localizer shelter site. Splicing of control cable and placing it inside the handhole. Installing control cable from the MALSR shelter to the new Localizer shelter. 7. Demolition of the runway 24 V-Ring Localizer antenna foundation. 8. Demolition of the existing 30L Shelter and site. 9. ALL ABOVE WORK WILL BE PERFORMED AT NIGHT, unless otherwise authorized. (0030)
