Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and qualified supervision for replacing Building 202 2400/4160V 30 4W switchgear with new 2400/4160V 30 4W switchgear; and for providing duplex 5 KV switchgear for Buildings 37/20, 48 including but not limited to all temporary, and permanent wiring, raceways; disconnecting and reconnecting feeders; overcurrent devices; junction boxes and pullboxes; all power cutovers; new walk-in enclosure; new ComEd electrical services; demolition of existing switchgear and walk-in enclosure; upgrading monitoring system for 5 KV circuit breakers and system; premium time as required; maintain continuity of service for all systems for all buildings at all times during the entire construction period; co-ordination with the contracting officer's technical representative; all testing, correcting, and retesting and all final temporary and permanent connections for all wiring, complete in place, ready for operation in conformance with specifications and drawings for project number 578-97-102 at the VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Work includes maintaining continuity of all services for all systems for all buildings at all times during the entire construction period; coordination with the contracting officer's technical representative; all testing, correcting and retesting and all temporary and permanent connections, complete in place, ready for operation in conformance with all applicable codes.
