One (1) bulk powder fee system(2), to automatically feed powder to the system from 55 gallon fibre containers. Three (3) tranfer Pump kit(s) for bulk fee system. Stainless Steel Floor with four (4) leg adjustable support system for faster leveling and durable support. Cantilever design allows for strong, but light, support system for booth and canopy includes all pipe and electrical conduit as detailed under pre-shipment assembly. One (1) position sensor, to detect the proper placement of module. One (1) quick disconnect plate(s), ties all pnematic control linesfrom stationary source to roll-away module for one easy connection during color change. One (1) roller base, to move system on/off line. Fan assembly(ies) model Excel 2003-H complete with one (1) exhaust fan section with belt driven fan, air foil, 15,600 cfm, 30 hp. Motor, 230/460 VAC, 3 Phase, 60 Hz. Pipe and Electrical Conduit is hidden, providing a Neater and Cleaner Installation. Fan section is manufactured for a square fit at installation. Pneumatic Seal provides a quick and accurate sealing of module to the fan section. One (1) clean air section with final filter assembly special noise abatement design provides quieter system. Nine (9) final filters, no tools required for final filter removal. Filters are 95% efficient at .3 Micron. The required delivery and installation is no later than 130 days after award.
