The proposed contract listed in the CBD synopsis on 19 December 1997 was anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. This modification changes the proposed contract to an indefinite quantity type contract for architectural and engineering services for one year with a government option to extend the term of the contract for an additional year. The maximum total fee of orders placed under the contract, including the option year, is $500,000.00. The minimum value the government will be required to order is $20,000.00. No single order shall have a fee in excess of $300,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification is modified to include 8712. The due date for submission of the Standard Forms 254 and 255 is extended to 4:00 p.m. February 23, 1998. All other items remain unchanged.
