Zangwill (301) 443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration, Division of Grants and Procurement is seeking sources capable of providing Nationwide logistical support services. The work includes managing small meetings or large national conferences, premeetings, on-site and postmeeting services for Advisory Council and Committee Meetings, National Conferences, Focus Groups, Grant Reviews, Panel Meetings, Seminars, Steering Committee Meetings, Task Groups, Social Events, Technical Reviews and Regional Workshops. Typical tasks include: (1) Post Award Orientation Meeting -- the contractor shall meet with the Federal government staff to obtain relevant background information; (2)Travel Arrangement -- the contractor shall make arrangements for air, train and ground transportation for participants; (3) Management Hotel Contract -- the contractor shall identifying sites and conduct site inspections, make hotel reservations for sleeping and conference rooms, provide audiovisual equipment; (4) Maintain Log and Status Reports; (5) Prepare Meeting Materials -- the contractor shall develop draft agenda, final agenda and compile material for distribution. Submissions should be limited to 15 pages and should offer a pertinent and specific response to the two technical requirements: (1) Experience: include an outline of previous projects, and specific work previously performed or being performed. Include work experience with any Federal government agencies. (2) Personnel: include the names, professional qualifications and specific experience for technical personnel and any other relevant personnel who would be performing the services listed above. Provide any other specific and pertinent information relating to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. It is the HRSA's intention to create a current bidder's list for these services. The government reserves the right to set this acquisition aside for small business. The applicable SIC code for this requirement is 8741 and the corresponding size standard is $5.0M.
