Smith/Pkwtn/[937]257-4606 Air Force International R & D Assessment Support Services, Aeronautical Systems Center, Contract Management Section (ASC/PKWTN) is contemplating the acquisition of technical, analytical progrommatic and administrative support in the areas of International Cooperative Research and Development technology transfer, critical technology acquisition, foreign disclosure procedures, technology and topical assessment of Data Exchange Agreements (DEA's), Foreign Comparative Tests (FCT's), Information Exchange Projects (IEPs), Engineer and Scientist Exhange Programs (SEP's) and Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement (MOUs/MOAs) and the maintenance of recond keeping files and databases as required for managing international airshow activities. The contractor will be required to provide programmatic, or "core " support and unanticipated, short suspense taskings. This will require various levels of expertise and the ability to manage the contract effectively. This is not a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid.
