All sites within the preferred area will be considered, however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: One mile in any direction from the intersection of Emery Street and Route 22B. Space requirements are approximately 4,172 net interior sq. ft.; 26,667 sq. ft. of driveway, parking and maneuvering area and 81,300 sq. ft. total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a base of twenty (20) years with four (4) -- five (5) year renewal options. Proposals will be received through February 20, 1998, and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
