Project work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary to for the construction of approximately 20,250 feet of levee. Levee work includes, but is not limited to, impervious fill, sand drain fill, stone protection materials (riprap and bedding), inspection of trench, surface and base course aggregate, topsoil, seeding, and related miscellaneous work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (PUBLIC LAW 100-656). Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is in excess of $10,000,000.00.
