Y -- LAKE MCCLELLAN RECREATION AREA, PHASE I SOL IFB R3-03-98-10 DUE 032098 POC Contracting Officer, Greg Martinez or Procurement Technician, Kelly Koeppe at (505) 761-4650 This project consists of reconstructing an existing campground including: clearing and grubbing; demolition; construction and reconstruction of roads, picnic and camping spurs; placement of aggregate; pavement markings on existing asphalt; the construction of two shower/toilet buildings; constructing and subsurface absorption beds; installation of septic tanks and sewer lines; electrical work for providing power to the shower/toilet buildings, and RV pedestals; providing and installing new waterlines and hydrants; concrete on base course; group and single grills and firerings; signs and traffic control barriers; and other minor items of work in accordance with the drawings, specifications and requirements of the contract. The project also includes additive items for: 1) Additional electrical work to four RV pedestals and two toilet buildings, and 2) Construction of an RV dump station and holding tank, as well as other minor items of work in accordance with the drawings, specifications and requirements of the contract. Contract is located on the Cibola National Forest on the Black Kettle Grasslands. Contract time is 150 days. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000.
