Z -- BOILER REPLACEMENT SOL GS05P98GAC0093 DUE 033198 POC Christine Donovan 217/492-5018 DESC: Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, providing all labor and materials to replace the existing boilers, boiler feed water pumps and tank, vacuum pumps and tank, steam supply piping, condensate return piping, breeching, and associated electrical work. Some asbestos abatement work in the boiler room is involved with this project. The location of the project is the Paul Findley Federal Building, 600 E. Monroe St., Springfield, Illinois. Completion time for this project is 110 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated financial range is between $250,000 and $500,000. In accordance with the Small Business Demonstration program, this solicitation is being procured on an unrestricted basis. Specifications will be available on or about February 27, 1998.
