labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary
for the Exterior Renovation Phase IV of two bedroom and three bedroom
row house unit at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, MA (Barnstable County).
Work includes the furring out of the exterior face of concrete block
endwalls and party wall projections on front and rear elevations.
Install new vertical solid vinyl siding 1/2" plywood sheathing,
blocking, 1 1/2" rigid insulation, and aluminum coil stock at block
ends and horizontal trim (3) locations. Completion time is 120 days
from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost of this project

and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) has a program to assist
minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term working capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any prime or
subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables
firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to $1.0
million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT
Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000. For
