Work includes the furring out of the exterior face of concrete block endwalls and party wall projections on front and rear elevations. Install new vertical solid vinyl siding 1/2" plywood sheathing, blocking, 1 1/2" rigid insulation, and aluminum coil stock at block ends and horizontal trim (3) locations. Completion time is 120 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is applicable to any prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000.
