All four (4) units must be delivered to SUPSHIP Newport News no later than 31 December 1998 and terms will be evaluated for either Inspection Origin, FOB Destination or FOB Origin, shipping via GBL. While Note 26 applies, the Government reiterates it's interest in obtaining any additional information that would allow a conversion to the commercial procurement method.
