Sources are sought for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf(COTS)system that can be adapted to process satellite telemetry and perform on-orbit payload control and platform command transmissions for a Government DSCS III satellite. The COTS control system must be adapted to operate with DSCS III satellite cryptographic system, the existing DSCS III Satellite Databases, and interface with the RF and digital sybsystems of the DSCS Operations Control System. The COTS system may be adapted to employ the existing hardware of the Government Replacement Satellite Configuration Control Element (RSCCE) system. The system software must be JTA-Army compliant. A Certified COMSEC facility is required for adapting the COTS system to the DSCS III systems unique requirements. This is not a request for bids or proposals but may serve as a notice to interested organizations. A Solicitation number has been assigned for the sole purpose of providing access to the Specification and Statement Of Work with exceptions to each.
