We are looking for a homogenizer similar or equal to the APV 15 MR-8TA Homogenizer. The specifications of the APV 15 MR-8TA are as follows: Homogenizer has the capacity of 15 gph; Operating Pressure: 8.000 psi (maximum intermittent operating pressure of 10,000 psi for 20 minutes); motor must be 3 hp, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 230/460 volt, 1800 rpm; cylindar block -- 316 SS; Plunger -- one, 5/8" Diameter, colbalt base wear resistant alloy operating at 92 rpm; pump valve: cobalt base wear resistant alloy ball-type; pump valve seat (field replaceable): tungsten carbide; Adjustable screw plunger packing; two-stage homogenizing valve assembly, manually actuated; ceramic homogenzing valve and seat, first stage, cobalt base second stage. The equipment has a 0 -- 15,000 psi pressure guage, stainless steel three way valve with teflon plug and bypass assembly and one-gallon 316SS tank. Unit is also supplied with one gallon of oil and tools for this particular machine.
