REMEDIATION -- CONTAINMENT AND STABILIZATION Contact Mr. Paul
Grahovac. Potential technology development and licensing opportunity
with LMITCO, the prime operating contractor for the Department of
Energy at the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory
(INEEL). LMITCO has developed new technology and has intellectual
property (a patent and patents pending) relating to containment and
stabilization of buried waste and contaminated soil. Examples include:
an in-situ barrier technology for constructing a barrier under the
waste, contaminated soil, or area of interest without excavating it, an
embedded sensor technology which can be integrated into barrier
emplacement techniques for barrier verification and long-term
monitoring purposes, and a high pressure jet grouting and a
contamination control technology for stabilizing buried waste and
contaminated soils. LMITCO is soliciting a written indication of
interest from industry partners who would consider funding
collaborative technology development and or entering into a license
agreement for the purpose of developing and commercializing one or more
of these technologies. License terms for each technology will include
an up-front licensing fee and a running royalty based on a percentage
of revenues. This is not an opportunity to provide goods or services to
LMITCO or the Department of Energy. This Request For Interest will
close to response 30 days after publication. Interested parties should
send a description of their company and their ability to commercialize
such technology to the address below. Paul Grahovac, Account Executive,
