The Geopak IHDS had been in place with this agency since 1993, after writing a 5-year contract with Geopak. The initial contract was written after competitive bidding and on-site live demonstratins by all interested bidders. This sole source contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for another 5 years and, just like the first contract, will cover the purchase of additional software licenses, software support for existing and new licenses and FHWA-directed software development/maintenance. It also includes training and implementation support. The supplies and services to be procured under this contract are classified under Federal Stock Code 7050. (0033)
