The United States Postal Service wishes to purchase between 3 and 5 acres of land for a new Postal facility to house the delivery operations for the Towns of Sudbury and Wayland, MA. The Postal Service will also consider purchasing an existing building approximately 27,000 square feet in size with a site large enough to accommodate parking for 111 vehicles and maneuvering room for delivery trucks. Sites within one haf mile of Route 20, and within 2 miles east or west of the Sudbury/Wayland Town line are preferred. Sites within Sudbury or Wayland will be ocnsidered. The Postal Service prefers purchasing a site or building, but will consider any proposal to fulfill this requirement.
