N -- PROVIDE/INSTALL SOUND REINFORCEMENT & VIDEO SYSTEMS, US FEDERAL COURT, WICHITA KS SOL OXHSFD-98-016 DUE 031598 POC ERROR -- Denise Reavis, 202-273-1468 Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and experitse necessary to provide, install, and test complete and fully operational audiovisual system in one courtroom, in the US Federal Court in Wichita, KS. The work includes computer video interface, installation of video and RGBHV routing switches, videoconference CODECS, video document cameras, remote control electronics and related control systems. The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound reinforcement and video equipment, preparation of operations and maintenance manuals, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to manufacture specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest-price. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
