Effort will be to support the F-16 Unit Training Device (UTD). Work will be accomplished in accordance with a Technical Requirements Document and Statement of Objective (SOO). Contract coverage will be from 1 April 98 through 30 Sep 01, and will consist of a 6 month basic and two one year options. The approximate issue/response date will be 18 Feb 98.
