The services are to be provided to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4100 W. 3rd St., Dayton, Ohio. The employee(s) will provide services under the general direction of the Contract Officer's Technical Representative. This is a 1st time contract -- there are no historical documents. SIC 9999.
