The contractor shall provide all labor and management necessary to provide storage and warehousing function of receiving, storing, and distribution of testing/training materials, evaluation material, and ancillary audiovisual aids worldwide to all components of the Army, authorized civilians, and foreign military. The work is performed in five buildings at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The contract will be awarded for a base period of up to 12 months with four one-year option periods.
