Interested sources should have the capital, resources, and background/ experience to own, maintain, and operate one or more of these systems. No formal acquisition/contracting actions are immediately forthcoming. This determination of interest is one component required to complete a systematic evaluation of these systems for potential privatization under the Department of Navy's Utilities Privatization Program.
