Major work items include rip-rap placement along the bulkhead, excavation and placement of aggregate behind the bulkhead, and chain link fence installation at the corners of the property. Additive Items include concrete work behind the bulkhead and sediment transport barrier construction. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K and is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP), at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
